Director's Bio

Born and raised in Los Angeles, writer/director Nasser Samara graduated from UCLA with a degree in anthropology and women’s studies. As a queer Palestinian Mexican American, his multicultural upbringing is paramount in understanding his passion for creating stories that reflect the complexities of identity.
